The corporate veterinary practices have been using wellness plans for some time now. They have realized that having a guaranteed & predictable income stream each month can add value to your practice and help manage cash flow. Vets generally have a few reservations when it comes to wellness plans. Some of these concerns will be addressed, including: How do I price a wellness plan? What about unlimited consultations? Surely this must be a profit drain. How do I set up a wellness plan in my practice? Wellness Plans will just give my best clients a big discount and reduce my profitability! If my PMS doesn’t support wellness plans, what can I do? I’m the only vet in town, why do I need to offer wellness plans? How can my staff handle the introduction of a wellness plan?
