For many veterinarians, behavioural medicine is still perceived as a loss of time and money.  Supported by statistics, the speaker will present how adding behavioural services to a general practice can lead to better relationship with clients and a healthier business.
During this session, the speaker will present all pros and cons of integrating behavioural services in a veterinary practice and provide a 5 step-approach to set it up to succeed.
Through many video clips, the participants will learn how to engage all team members in the project and break down the principal barriers.
By proposing three different levels of behavioural services, the speaker will help veterinarians to set their limits and define the type of services they want to offer to their clientele. He will also provide tips and resources to acquire the required knowledge.
Finally, a structured timeline for integration and a follow-up procedure will help reinforce the success of this project.
